Mpo88asia Malaysia Platform Terms & Conditions

Platform mpo88asia may only be used by individuals who meet all of the following requirements, without exception:

• Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. mpo88asia takes the protection of minors seriously and will take immediate action, including account closure, if it is proven that the age requirement has not been met.
• Is acting on their own behalf and not as an agent, broker, or representative of any other party.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law.
• Not subject to any legal prohibition or restriction that would prevent you from using online betting services.
• Has never been suspended or permanently banned from the mpo88asia platform for any prior breach of terms.

Mpo88asia reserves the right to request proof of identity and age verification from any member at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in the account being suspended until verification is complete.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the mpo88asia platform. Registering or using more than one account under the same individual — whether under a different name, email address, phone number, or payment method — is a serious violation of these terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balances.

• All information provided during registration must be accurate, truthful and kept up to date at all times. mpo88asia is not liable for any losses resulting from inaccurate information.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to the mpo88asia support team.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact mpo88asia support via live chat immediately for account protection measures.

Mpo88asia accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all recognised for the Malaysian market:

• Online Banking: DuitNow, FPX Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other supported Malaysian banks

The minimum deposit is RM 30 per transaction. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only. mpo88asia does not accept deposits in foreign currencies or through unrecognised third parties.

• The payment method used for deposits must be registered under the same member name as the mpo88asia account.
• mpo88asia reserves the right to decline or place a hold on any deposit suspected of involving fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Deposits that have been successfully processed cannot be reversed once credited to your gaming account.

All bets placed on mpo88asia — whether on the Malaysia Super League, EPL, Champions League, esports such as MPL Malaysia, or casino games — are subject to the following rules:

• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the system cannot be cancelled or amended, except through the Cash Out function where available for eligible bets.
• The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds that apply to that bet, even if the odds subsequently change.
• mpo88asia reserves the right to void bets placed at erroneous odds (palpable error) due to technical faults. In such cases, the full stake will be refunded to the member's account.
• For football betting, if a match is postponed by more than 12 hours from its scheduled kick-off time, all bets will be voided and stakes refunded.
• Bet settlements are final once confirmed by the mpo88asia grading team. Any disputes must be raised within 7 days of the settlement date.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits vary by game category and market type. Current limits are displayed directly on the platform when placing a bet.

For esports betting such as MPL Malaysia, CS2, Valorant, and others, additional rules may apply in situations involving postponed matches, disputed results, or changes to tournament formats. The mpo88asia team will notify members via the platform should any such situation arise.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the mpo88asia platform. Any violation may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances without compensation:

• Opening or using more than one account simultaneously or interchangeably for any purpose.
• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any other technical tools to place bets or access the platform without authorisation.
• Manipulating the mpo88asia bonus or promotions system through coordination with other members or via fake accounts.
• Using the mpo88asia platform for money laundering or any other illicit financial activity.
• Manipulating games or bets through collusion, insider information, or any other unauthorised means that confers an unfair advantage.
• Using another person's identity or falsified documents for the purpose of account registration or verification.
• Disrupting, threatening, or engaging in any abusive behaviour towards the mpo88asia support team.
• Exploiting any bugs or technical errors in the system for unauthorised gain. Members who discover a system error are required to report it to support immediately.

An mpo88asia account may be closed or suspended under the following circumstances:

• At the member's request: Members may request account closure at any time by contacting the mpo88asia support team. Any remaining balance (after deduction of bonuses that have not met the applicable requirements) will be returned via the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
• Inactive account closure: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be automatically closed. Members will be notified via their registered email address before any such action is taken.
• Breach of terms: mpo88asia reserves the right to close or suspend any account found to be in breach of the platform's terms and conditions without prior notice.
• Responsible gaming: Upon a member's request through a self-exclusion programme, an account may be suspended temporarily or permanently.
